This is a single use pouch, not refillable. Material: Description of substrate being used is PE. Substrate is FDA approved for food contact. PE, PET Resin, HDPE & LDPE Resin – FDA compliant. Pouch is in compliance with FDA code as outlined in 21CFR177.1520(c). It is therefore, permitted by FDA for use in food-contact applications for food types as defined in Table 1, 21CFR176.170(c) at use conditions B-H for natural or C-H if pigmented as defined in Table 2, 21CFR176.170(c).
